Abstract
Ultrasonically generated cavitation events, and their subsequent asymmetrical collapse to form microjets directed at the solid–liquid interface, are observed by recording the electrochemical oxidation of ferrocene at gold microelectrodes irradiated with ultrasound.Keywords
