Abstract
The propagation and release of Anagyrus antoninae has been continued since the spring of 1949. Prolonged periods of unusually dry and cold weather reduced the host grasses for the scale and hindered establishment of the parasite. In every case where grass supporting the scale has remained in a growing condition the parasite has produced one or more generations. Low temp, does not appear to be a limiting factor in the ecology of the parasite.
