Abstract
32p-labelled ATP of high specific activity is prepared by an exchange reaction. The method requires only substrates and enzymes that are available commercially. Hydrolysis of the labelled ATP with "heavy" meromyosin indicates that 98-99% of the 32p is in the gamma-phosphate group. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
