Congenital Cystic Adenomatoid Malformation With Anasarca

Abstract
A newborn infant with cystic adenomatoid malformation and anomalous systemic blood supply to the lower lobe of the left lung successfully underwent resection of the lung. This patient is one of the growing number of infants with this malformation who survived surgery. To the best of our knowledge, she is the first with anasarca to undergo pulmonary resection successfully.
