Abstract
The commenters disagree with statements made about their original work (ibid., vol.1, no.6, p.141-3, Jun. 1991) cited in the above-titled paper (ibid., vol.2, no.1, p.25-7, Jan. 1992) by A. Deutsch et al. The comments relate both to differences between time-domain and frequency-domain techniques for broadband microwave measurements and to the method used for determining measurement accuracies. The commenters defend their measurement method against the statements made by the authors of the above-titled paper. The authors, in turn, defend both their statements and their own methods. Keywords
