Abstract
An automated capillary column gas chromatography electron‐impact mass selective detection method has been developed for the determination of a major tranquilizing agent, fluphenazine. Using a new purification method and incorporating a deuterated internal reference, a limit of quantitation of 50 pg per ml of plasma was obtained. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
