Abstract
Concentrations of 0.79 - 2.50 meq. of volatile fatty acids/100 ml were found in pooled ejaculates of bovine semen. Acetic and formic acids were identified as the major volatile fatty acids by column chromatography, paper chromatography and by selective oxidation of the formic acid. Keywords
