Congenital Duodenal Diaphragm in an Adult

Abstract
This is the twenty-third case of congenital duodenal diaphragm in an adult to be reported. The patient had undergone laparotomy five times in nine years. She had a 10 year history of postprandial distress and vomiting. The diagnosis was made preoperatively on the basis of the history and hypotonic duodenography. All symptoms disappeared after duodenoduodenostomy.
