Abstract
Part II of the paper concerns the erratic time dependence of natural patterns of fluids, particularly those fluids with low Prandtl number. Possible explanations of the phenomena and experimental tests in simple situations are presented. Part I of the paper concerned the concept of pattern instabilities and major pattern defects. Keywords
