Abstract
Autoradiography prepared by the stripping film technique from 1 μm sections of semithin plastic embedded liver and bone tissues were poststained for examination with a 1% pyronin Y solution. The use of this dye avoids heating the tissue section and the overlying photographic emulsion. It also allows the staining of the tissue section without excessive uptake of the stain by the gelatin of the stripping film. Keywords
