Abstract
Rat eosinophil peroxidase and rat uterine peroxidase II showed similar electrophoretic mobilities, MW, specific activities and spectral properties and could be purified by essentially identical techniques. Antibodies raised against the uterine enzyme strongly inhibited the eosinophil enzyme. Apparently, rat eosinophil peroxidase and rat uterine peroxidase II may well be one and the same enzyme. This publication has 23 references indexed in Scilit:
