Abstract
A refined verson of the Meyers' modification of the Ramberg–Bäcklund reaction employing the reagent alumina-supported KOH–CBr2F2–ButOH allows α- and α′-hydrogen-bearing sulfones of various structural types to be converted into alkenes.Keywords
