Abstract
A tuberculoma encasing the anterior optic pathways in a neoplastiform growth was found in a 25-yr-old man complaining of severe visual loss, diabetes insipidus and sexual impotence following tuberculous meningitis. Following biopsy and anti-tuberculosis treatment, a satisfactory restoration of sight in 1 eye allowed the patient to resume an almost normal life. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
