Abstract
Massive lymphosarcomatous infiltration, confirmed at autopsy, occurred in a 46-yr-old man with neurological signs rapidly progressing to total paralysis of peripheral as well as cranial nerves. These signs set in at a time when the malignant systemic disease seemed to be otherwise in remission and caused differential diagnostic difficulties. Keywords
