Abstract
The angiographic signs of renal allograft rejection are usually diffusely seen throughout the kidney. Three cases of focal rejection are presented including one with histologic confirmation. Possible etiologic mechanisms are discussed. The presence of focal findings at angiography should not rule out the diagnosis of rejection. Keywords
