Abstract
The succinyl-sarcosyl linker (1b), which is stable to prolonged contact with 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene but cleaves rapidly with aqueous ammonia, is of potential value in solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis.Keywords
