Abstract
The isolation of fusarium toxins (Trichothecene toxins) is described as well as methods using thinlayer chromatography and gas chromatography for their determination. An improved biotest with larvae ofArtemia salina ist outlined. Some toxins could be identified together as as group by preparing a common derivative. Die Isolierung sowie dünnschichtchromatographische und gaschromatographische Methoden zur Bestimmung vonFusarium-Toxineu (Trichothecen-Toxine) werden beschrieben. Ein verbesserter Biotest mitArtemia-salina-Larven wird angeführt. Einige Toxine ließen sich über die Herstellung eines gemeinsamen Derivates als Gruppe bestimmen.Keywords
