Abstract
Chromoblastomycosis is a rare, chronic, cutaneous infection caused by a group of dematiacaeous fungi. We report a case which, in addition to characteristic clinical and histopathological features of chromoblastomycosis, displayed atypical, deep dermal/subcutataneous involvement, and showed a good response to itraconazole. Keywords
