Abstract
The cross sections for the process Na++Li to or from Na+Li+ are calculated in the range 100 eV-12 keV using a perturbed stationary state formulation and found to agree with experiment to the extent of reproducing detailed structure. A simple interpretation is advanced of the observed quasi-oscillatory structure. Keywords
