Abstract

We have only an incomplete knowledge on the process of the metamorphosis in the Spiny-lobster, while in past investigations the age has been investigated without any careful examination of the metamorphois-period. In this paper these points are examined by the materials obtained on the spawning season and the duration of the last larval stage, Puerulus.
