Abstract
Treating psychosis in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) is one of the more difficult problems in clinical psychiatry. In this case report, a patient with PD and psychosis was treated with the novel neuroleptic clozapine and sustained improvement in both behavior and PD symptoms.Keywords
