Abstract
The valence-band photoemission of Rh(111) has been investigated in the photon-energy range from 40 to 120 eV. The Rh valence-band intensity shows a resonant reduction at the photon energy of the threshold at ~47 eV. No additional two-hole satellite emission could be detected. The constant-initial-state spectra also exhibit weak and broad features due to incoherent Auger transitions.
