Abstract
Plasma fibrinogen was detd. in dogs injected with varying amts. of dicumarol. The adm. of dicumarol has an effect on plasma fibrinogen as well as on plasma prothrombin. Large doses tend to lower the plasma fibrinogen conc.; smaller doses raise it. These results are similar to those obtained with liver toxins. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
