Abstract
The inhibition of alcohol oxidation by tetraethyl-thiuramisulfide was reversed by the simultaneous admn. of large doses (20 nag.) of the vitamins, nicotinamide, pyridoxine, riboflavin, thiamine, folic acid, and ascorbic acid. The toxicity of alcohol to antabuse-treated animals was not counteracted by the delayed admn. of nicotinamide. Keywords
