Abstract
Presentation of Case First admission. A three-month-old female infant was brought to the Emergency Ward because of "fits."Since the age of one and a half months she had had attacks characterized by clenching of the hands, tensing of the body and raising of the knees to the chin for one minute. Simultaneously, the color of the face changed from dark red to blackish gray, and subsequently there were periods of irritability and fatigue.
