Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 52-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of vomiting.Three years previously hypertension was found, and alpha-methyldopa and diazepam were prescribed. Five days before admission he came to the clinic because of midepigastric pain that occurred one hour after eating and was relieved by milk and antacid. Examination disclosed that the blood pressure was 180/110 mm Hg; there were no other abnormal findings.
