Abstract
The distr., life history and food plants of L. l. are discussed, as well as the losses due to its work. The following seem to be effective in its control: a spray consisting of 3 lbs. Ca arsenate, 6 lbs. hydrated lime, and 1 lb. skimmed milk; a dust consisting of 25 lbs. Ca arsenate, 73 lbs. hydrated lime. 2 lbs. skimmed milk; and a commercial apple bait containing Na fluosilicate.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
