Abstract
In a 2-yr residue study, garlic (Allium sativum L.) was grown in weed-free field plots of clay loam soil and treated at the three-leaf growth stage of the crop with postemergence applications of linuron at 2.2 kg ha−1. The plots were irrigated in the 2nd year of the study. At harvest, the bulbs were cured in the field for 2 wk. Residues of linuron were not detected in cloves of mature bulbs from either year.
