Abstract
This fast, low-current integrator uses an active feedback circuit to eliminate the effects of reset/offset error and switch leakage. Sensitivity is 200 pC per volt, response time is <1 μs, input bias current (ib) is <0.5 fA, signal source background current can be subtracted and built-in calibration is provided. It is well suited to capacitance versus voltage measurements. Keywords
