Spectral Cascade Processes in Interchange-Mode Turbulence

Abstract
The spectral cascade processes in interchange-mode turbulence have been studied in the limit . For positive-energy waves we find a cascade process towards smaller and larger . We also obtain possibilities for up conversion. The conservation relations of the system are discussed.
