Abstract
We examine the magnetic-moment distribution of ferromagnetic clusters under conditions where the magnetic moment is aligned with the internal cluster axis. Analytic expressions are obtained for the moment distribution and the adiabatic average moment induced in low fields. The result differs from the low-field Langevin function by a factor 2/3.Keywords
