Abstract
The combined temp. and relative humidity requirements of Aspergillus niger were studied with the following results The optimum conditions for growth are at a relative humidity near 93% and at a temp. near 40[degree] C; at 100% relative humidity the optimum temp. is near 30[degree] C.Keywords
