Abstract
A rational method for management of the fractures of the proximal phalanges is presented. By this technique fracture healing and recovery of movement take place concurrently rather than consecutively thereby the morbidity is greatly reduced. It leads to early and complete rehabilitation of the patient in a short period. Keywords
