The Excretion of Free -Amino Acids in Children

Abstract
The three ways of expressing aminoaciduria in common use have been mutually compared in 60 urine samples from 49 children with normal and with increased aminoaciduria. The index [image] X 100 has proved itself equal to other measurements. Reproducibility on a free diet is good. Of special advantage is the fact that when using this way of expressing aminoaciduria a 24-hour urine sample is not necessary.
