Abstract
The 13C n.m.r. signals of the trichothecanes have been assigned. [2-13C]Mevalonic acid has been prepared and incorporated into trichothecolone. C-4, C-14, and C-8 were enriched indicating that farnesyl pyrophosphate is folded in the manner (3).Keywords
