Abstract
The bone changes commonly encountered in association with tropical ulcer are described. The main pathological change is an inflammatory periostitis, often followed by sequestrum formation. In chronic cases the development of ulcer “osteomata” occurs. Malignant epitheliomatous changes may supervene in long-standing cases. Keywords
