Abstract
A new monotypic hyphomycetous genus, Varicosporina, type V. ramulosa, is described from the marine environment. Isolation of the fungus on plant material from estuarine localities in North Carolina and Florida shows the wide range of occurrence of the organism in the sea.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
