Abstract
A theory of stimulated emission of bremsstrahlung by an electron experiencing a sequence of collisions is presented. It is shown that amplification of the electromagnetic wave is greatly enhanced by an accumulative effect developed in that sequence. Calculations for the values of the amplification are in good agreement with measurements made for electromagnetic millimeter-wave radiation. Keywords
