Abstract
The plant protoplast is rapidly becoming an important tool in the study of plant biology. Enzymatically isolated protoplasts are easily prepared in large numbers from most plant tissues. The lack of a cell wall of the protoplast permits unique kinds of experimentation and opportunities for student observation of living processes in plant cells. This publication has 37 references indexed in Scilit:
