Abstract
The nuclear magnetic resonance of 167Er in ErFe2 and Er0.9 La0.1Fe2 has been studied at 1.2K using pulse spin‐echo‐techniques. We have observed ’’satellite’’ spectra in Er0.9La0.1Fe2. From the observed spectra in both compounds, the various contributions to the hyperfine field seen by the Er nucleus are deduced. Preliminary spin‐lattice relaxation time measurements suggest the Weger mechanism (relaxation via magnon‐conduction electron coupling) to be predominant. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
