Abstract
A simple heteronuclear spin-echo pulse sequence is described which provides an accurate 13C subspectrum of just aromatic and aliphatic quaternary carbons, especially when the method is applied in conjunction with the recent distortionless enhancement by polarisation transfer (DEPT) sequence.Keywords
