Fuchsia procumbens iS a trioecious species in which the female is heterogametic. Both male sterility and female fertility Me controlltd by single dominant genes and Ihe~e are linked. MJle sterility is Constant in expression; female fertility is invariable In females but shows varying degrees of expression in hermaphroditesKeywords
