Abstract
This paper reports on the use of closed circuit television as a critical component in the process of in-service teacher training for implementing alternative teaching methods. A five-step problem solving scheme is used to describe the specifics of this project. First, the problem is identified. Then, alternative strategies are considered. The third step, selection of implementation strategies, is followed by the actual implementation itself. The final section describes the evaluation plan which is used throughout the development of the project. Keywords
