Abstract
Coherent THz‐wave generation is demonstrated utilizing a grating coupler fabricated on the surface of a LiNbO
3
crystal pumped by a Q‐switched Nd:YAG laser. Wide tunability, sharp directivity, and high efficiency were achieved.
