Abstract
A.c. conductivity of a-As40Se60Cu x (x=0 ∼2) has been investigated at various frequencies from 30 Hz to 300 kHz and at various temperatures from 77 to 350 K. A.c. conductivity of Cu-doped samples can be explained by assuming that both single-polaron hopping and bipolaron hopping are present. The effect of Cu additive on a.c. conductivity is compared with that of Ag additive. Keywords
