Abstract
A case of splenogonadal fusion of the continuous type occurring in a 14‐month‐old boy with limb deformities is reported and the literature briefly reviewed. The ectopic splenic tissue was extirpated, and follow‐up 1 year later showed normal position and development of the left testicle. Keywords
