Multiple Renal Silica Calculi

Abstract
Investigation of a patient with a history of renal colic, who had taken the equivalent of 2 g magnesium trisilicate after every meal for many years, showed that he was forming silica calculi. The nature of the stone was diagnosed only after quantitative analysis.Keywords
