Abstract
99mTc-DPD [2,3-dicarboxypropane-1,1-diphosphate] and 99mTc(Sn)MDP [methylene diphosphate] were compared regarding the quality of skeletal images and the compartmental kinetic data, in 2 groups of 9 normal [human] subjects. No difference in scan quality was found. Data derived from compartmental kinetic analysis suggest that MDP has a higher bone uptake and a lower soft-tissue retention in comparison with DPD.This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
