Abstract
In the wake of traumatic events, subjective reports of sleep disturbance are common. This review article examines both subjectively identified and objectively confirmed sleep disorders after traumatic events. Recommendations with respect to diagnostic procedures and therapeutic options are also reviewed.Keywords
