Abstract
Previous methods for the qualitative evaluation of visual field instruments are subject to certain limitations. A system is proposed to overcome these deficiencies. It has been developed from experiences of a clinical study involving 5 different visual field instruments. The method uses 4 levels of analysis and permits separate appraisals of diagnostic potential and detailed inter-instrument comparative evaluation. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
